The Main Auditorium is the crowning jewel of our conference centre, offering a versatile and impressive space that can be tailored to suit your unique event needs. With its sleek design and state-of-the-art equipment including full air conditioning, this room can be transformed to accommodate a variety of layouts, including theatre style, cabaret, and banquet settings. Whether you're hosting a keynote presentation, awards ceremony, expo, or gala dinner, the Main Auditorium's flexibility and grandeur are sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests.
Situated on the ground floor and adjacent to our foyer, the Main Auditorium can accommodate up to 900 people in a theatre style and offers nearly 700 square metres of adaptable conference space. His Majesty the King, former Prime Minister David Cameron, and the First Minister of Wales, Eluned Morgan, have all addressed delegates in this room.
Theatre Style
The theatre-style setup can accommodate up to 900 guests, with flexible chair arrangements to suit a wide range of event needs. This layout is ideal for school or choir concerts, large seminars, lectures, keynote speeches, presentations, and product launches. Every seat offers a clear view of the large stage, with no obstructions. The room is fully equipped with professional-grade audio, visual, and stage lighting systems, capable of supporting all but the most highly customized events.

If your event includes group discussions, a banquet setup in our main hall may be the ideal choice. Seating 10–12 delegates per table encourages dynamic conversations in an intimate setting, while still allowing for group-wide engagement when needed. The space comfortably accommodates up to 400 delegates in banquet setup and includes the option to showcase your company branding on screens each side of the large stage - creating a distinctive and impactful backdrop for your event.

Our Main Auditorium can accommodate up to 300 guests seated at desks, all with clear sightlines to the speaker and presentation area. A popular venue for local institutions, the auditorium comfortably accommodates up to 250 candidates with desks set up and ready upon arrival. Conveniently located restrooms and additional wall clocks help ensure a smooth exam experience.
